OHA ADDRESSES HEALTHCARE RESTRUCTURING

The Ontario Hospital Association is planning a big splash to address the issues arising from the restructuring of healthcare in Ontario. The organization will launch a campaign at an undetermined date that will focus on these issues. It will use PR, print and probably radio and TV. The campaign will be created by the Wolf Group of Toronto. The agency was hired for the program earlier this month in a competition with four other agencies. "We appreciated the Wolf Group's understanding of the issues and their strategic approach to the development of an effective communications campaign," OHA vice-president Hilary Short says in a release. The budget for the campaign is $1 million. The OHA hasn't used an agency in the past because it normally doesn't do external communications.
