MICROCELL EXPANDS PCS TO ONTARIO

Microcell Solutions Inc. of Montreal will bring its Fido personal communications service to the Toronto area at the end of the month. To promote the service, the company introduced an airship last week that is floating around Toronto. The airship is five-stories tall and stretches almost half the length of a football field. The service will also be promoted using print, TV and radio created by BOS of Montreal. PCS phones are smaller and cheaper than regular cellular phones and can be used at home, work and in public places such as malls. But they cannot be used in a moving vehicle.
