GREY FORMS NEW DIVISION

Toronto-based Grey Canada has formed a database marketing division. Called Lasso Communications, the unit will develop advanced career technologies, interactive card technologies, commerce solutions and database solutions. Brian Bolshin has moved over to the agency as strategic planning and new business development director and vice-president. Formerly he was group management director at Doner Schur Peppler of Toronto.
