CANADIAN INSTITUTE CONFERENCE

The Canadian Institute will host a conference on June 2 and 3 in Toronto entitled Legal, Practical and Tactical Advertising. Attendees will learn how to position their products in the marketplace and avoid the threat of litigation by unhappy competitors. Speakers will tell how to successfully deal with claims by competitors. Ways in which legal guidelines on advertising are being employed in the new media, both by the courts and by government enforcers, will be discussed.
