DUPONT SELLS SAFETY

DuPont Canada recently launched its first advertising campaign for the company's Safety and Environmental Management Services division. The SEMS division, created in the 1970s, strives to help companies make the workplace safer. According to DuPont, companies implementing the program have cut work-related injuries by 50% within the first two years, increasing to a 77% reduction after five years. Print ads in trade magazines and direct mail pieces touting the division's services and success are appearing nationally in both official languages. The Graydon Group Ltd. of Toronto handled the ads, while Continental Communications of Toronto is providing PR support.
