INTERNET SERVICE CASTS BROADER NET

Toronto-based Internet service provider NETCOM Canada launched an on-line business centre this week. The centre's goal is to attract small and medium-sized businesses to add to NETCOM's current base of individual customers. The centre offers services such as high speed Internet connections, company Web site hosting, domain names and company e-mail boxes. To access the centre, companies can go to NETCOM's Web site and fill out an on-line order form. Many of the centre's services become available as soon as the order form is submitted. NETCOM has launched a national print campaign in support of the business centre. Two Door Communications of Toronto handled the creative for the ads, while Peggy Gross & Associates, also of Toronto, executed the media buy. NETCOM Canada is a subsidiary of U.S.-based NETCOM On-Line Communication Services, Inc.
