DOMINO'S TO DIVVY UP ADVERTISING PIE

U.S.-based Domino's International is expected to divide a $75 million (U.S.) advertising account for its pizza operations between Campbell Mithun Esty of New York and J. Walter Thompson USA's Detroit office. Campbell Mithun Esty will handle the creative portion, while JWT Detroit will be responsible for media buying. Grey Advertising of New York was the incumbent on the account. The change shouldn't have any effect on Domino's Canadian operation, which is owned by the Comac Food Group Inc. of Calgary. Comac, which completed the purchase of the 187 Canadian Domino's in early March, will handle the advertising for the chain in-house.
