Heineken readies Grand Prix promotion

Beer brand Heineken will conduct a promotion to coincide with the Formula 1 AWS Grand Prix du Canada 2022 called “When You Drive, Never Drink.” During the race weekend, the company will give away $20,000 worth of Uber credit consumers can use to pay for a ride home. The giveaway will consist of 1,000 $20 Uber credits disributed in Toronto and Montreal from June 17 to 19. The credits will be distributed through the brand’s social media sites. The promotion will include the participation of drivers Daniel Ricciardo, Sergio Perez and Naomi Schiff. Heineken is the official beer sponsor of Formula 1 racing.
