Tre Stelle releases Say Cheese cookbook

Toronto-based cheese brand Tre Stelle has released a free digital cookbook of 60 recipes using cheese to commemorate its 60th anniversary in Canada. Called Say Cheese, the book comprises recipes submitted by professional chefs and home cooks nationally, including appetizers, snacks, main courses and desserts. The release is also timed to coincide with National Cheese Day. The book can be downloaded in English or French at <http://www.trestelle.ca/cookbook>. In addition, a limited edition print version of the book can be purchased from the site. Proceeds from these sales will be donated to frontline staff working to counter the COVID-19 pandemic. Tre Stelle is a division of Arla Foods.
