Tre Stelle begins Twelve Days of Cheesemas promotion

Toronto-based cheese company Tre Stelle has begun a holiday season promotion called "The Twelve Days of Cheesemas" which encourages consumers to make use of cheese in their holiday cooking. It features a collection of recipes developed by 12 contributors and judged by two chefs. The recipe collection is divided into sections for side dishes, entrées, desserts and overall winners.
"Tasting these dishes proved that you don't have to be a professional chef to cook with cheese," said judge and chef Kendall Collingridge It's so easy and makes every dish a winner. Cooking with cheese is a great way to get creative in the kitchen to bring new flavours to the holiday food table that guests will love."
