AUTO DEALERS CAMPAIGN FOR REPAIR BUSINESS

The people who built your car know best how to fix and maintain it. That's the message La Corporation des Concessionnaires d'Automobiles de MontrŽal (The Montreal Automobile Dealers Corporation) wants to get across to car owners in the Montreal area. To promote the idea, the corporation will begin a Montreal-area TV campaign next week. Six different 30-second spots will feature comedian Pierre LŽgarŽ rhyming off reasons why car dealers are also ideally-suited to maintain and repair vehicles. The ads will appear in both French and English. In-store posters will also promote the concept. The creative and media buy for the ads were handled in-house. Optimum Public Relations of Montreal is conducting PR for the campaign. La Corporation des Concessionnaires d'Automobiles de MontrŽal represents 205 car dealers throughout the Montreal area.
