NEW MCDONALD'S MEAL INCLUDES GROWN UP TOY

McDonald's Restaurants in Ontario launched an Arch Deluxe Happy Meal this week. Traditionally, Happy Meals have been targeted at children, but the Arch Deluxe version is aimed specifically at adults 18 years and older. The new meal includes an Arch Deluxe sandwich, medium fries, a medium soft drink and a Nestle Coffee Crisp bar. It also contains the adult equivalent of the traditional Happy Meal child's toy - a LOTTO 6/49 coupon redeemable for a $1 LOTTO 6/49 ticket. The Arch Deluxe Happy Meal will be available until Feb. 28, or while supplies last. Advertising support for the new release will use radio, TV, print and in-restaurant point-of-purchase displays. The ads were created by Vickers and Benson Advertising Ltd. of Toronto.
