Captiva Innovations produces new flexible display

Captiva Innovations has been hired by IEEE International Flexible Electronics Technology Conference to produce a 144-by-36-inch electronic wall banner. The event began in Vancouver on Aug. 11. The creative depicts three LED circuit lighting patterns. Captiva also developed three flexible, retractable LED banners promoting the IEEE, Simon Fraser University and the product category of flexible electronics. Captiva is a division of TF Massif.

“We are very excited to be part of the IEEE Conference in Vancouver where our flexible electronic LED banners are displayed with IEEE branding to promote the event at Harbour Centre,” said Judith Stewart, president and CEO of Captiva Innovations. “This is a great example to demonstrate how Captiva’s technology solution is more than a simple banner with lights. It’s a sophisticated extra-large flexible circuit board or backplane that integrates various electronics components and can be programmed to create interactive experiences and spectacular attention-grabbing effects.”
