Michael Garron Hospital Foundation conducts campaign

The Michael Garron Hospital Foundation of Toronto has begun a new marketing campaign called “What you give to the east stays in the east.” It supports the foundation’s current fundraising efforts focusing on neighbourhoods in the east of Toronto. It includes print, out-of-home, digital and social media advertising using copy such as, “People who call it the Beaches get the same high quality care as people who call it the Beach.” The campaign was developed by Field Trip & Co. of Toronto.

“There is a lot of competition in this category and we wanted Michael Garron Hospital Foundation’s campaign to stand out from the messaging and visuals typically expected from hospital foundation marketing campaigns,” said Alison Garnett, creative director at Field Trip. “We’ve situated the campaign in the strong neighbourhood culture that exists in Toronto as well as the insight that when you donate to the hospital, you’re contributing to the entire community.”
