Schick breaks Man I Am campaign

Edgewell Personal Care has begun a new advertising campaign for its Schick Hydro line of men’s razors. The campaign, called “The Man I Am,” features professional hockey players Zach Hyman and Gary Roberts. It includes a series of online videos depicting the two having a conversation in a locker room about “what makes them the men they are today.” These will be accompanied by a brand campaign composed of user-generated content. The initiative was developed by MullenLowe.
“We saw Zach as a perfect fit for this content series," said Christine Jew, men’s shave brand manager at Edgewell. “He’s a regular renaissance man who people may know primarily as a tough professional athlete, but beyond that, he is a children's book author and owner of an e-sports company. We wanted to share Zach’s story of how he’s embraced his individuality and how that has molded him into the man he is today to inspire men of all walks of life to do the same.”
