Civilized Worldwide buys Cannabis Athletic Events

Cannabis-themed media company Civilized Worldwide, based in Saint John, NB, has acquired Cannabis Athletic Events of Los Angeles. The company operates a cannabis-themed athletic event called The 420 Games. This event will be rebranded the Civilized Games and expanded to several additional cities in the United States. The event, launched in 2014, is intended to showcase how athletes can “use cannabis as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.”
