Plaza Premium hires Knot Group

Plaza Premium Group has retained The Knot Group of Toronto as its North American public relations agency of record. Plaza specializes in airport hospitality services, operating 160 lounges at 42 international airports. The Knot Group will work to raise awareness of the company’s four main brands: the Plaza Premium Lounge and Plaza Premium First; airport transit accommodation services Aerotel and Refreshhh by Aerotel; airport meeting service Allways; and a group of airport dining properties. The assignment also includes influencer relations and media relations.
