Polysleep begins VETS Canada campaign

Montreal-based mattress company Polysleep has begun a fundraising campaign called "Polysleep for Peace" in support of non-profit organization Veterans Emergency Transition Services Canada. The campaign encourages consumers to post photographs of themselves in bed to Instagram. For each image submitted, Polysleep will donate one dollar to the charity, which works to support veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP who are homeless or in need of emergency assistance. The campaign will run until Nov. 11.

"With the VETS Canada fundraising campaign, we're committed to raising money and visibility for a pressing issue that is not nearly talked about enough," said Jeremiah Curvers, co-founder of Polysleep. "It is heartbreaking that any of our veterans find themselves in a state of homelessness or disenfranchisement, and we're proud to work with VETS Canada, an organization that ensures their smooth return to civilian life."
