YouTube introduces new services in Canada

Streaming content company YouTube has launched two new services in Canada: YouTube Music and YouTube Premium. YouTube Music is a streaming music service that offers music videos, albums, singles, remixes and live performances. It also offers personalized recommendations based on a consumer's previous selections, as well as a collection of playlists of music to accompany various activities.
YouTube Premium is a subscription-based service that will offer the functionality of YouTube Music without advertising, as well as ad-free downloadable versions of all YouTube content. The service also offers a range of original content. Google Play Music subscribers in Canada will automatically receive access to YouTube Music Premium as it rolls out.
