Hennick Wealth Management begins break-up promotion

Toronto-based financial company Hennick Wealth Management has begun a promotion that encourage consumers to "break up" with their existing financial advisor. The effort includes a series of four cards which consumers can purportedly send to an advisor to end their relationship. Each card contains a poem expressing disappointment in the advisor's performance. The cards can be downloaded from the company's website at <>. A printed cards in a gold envelope can also be ordered from the site.

"We're probably not going to win many friends in the advisor community with this," said company spokesperson Adam Hennick. "But I think it's important to give dissatisfied Canadians the opportunity to find the right advisor, and a breakup card could enable them to leave their current advisor and avoid a painful conversation in the process."
