Ranscombe & Co. of Toronto is playing on a Harry Rosen clothing campaign to raise money for three charities. The agency launched a transit campaign in Toronto earlier this month that spoofs Harry Rosen's tagline "What
..will be wearing today," and replaces it with "What Ed Johnson will be wearing today." Below the snapshot of the homeless man, the ad says "December, 1996. Short-sleeved shirt, jacket with broken zipper, ripped pants, holes in socks and shoes. No laces. No underwear. It's okay to spend $125 on a tie, but please give the shirt off your back or a small donation to the Scott Mission, the Salvation Army or United Way. Remember, clothes make the man." The ad also replaces Harry Rosen's tagline, "Whatever Suits You," with "Give Whatever Suits You.
