EcoCab readies sponsored ride sharing program

Toronto-based EcoCab is preparing to launch a brand-sponsored ride share initiative in that city. Beginning this spring, the company will operate a number of low-speed electric vehicles that will be available for consumer use free of charge. The program will debut in downtown Toronto, expanding later to other parts of the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to wrapped vehicles, promotional options will include sampling programs.
