Toronto-based Val-Pak of Canada Ltd. mailed out the largest number of coupons ever in its 18-year history. The company distributed over 462 million coupons in Canada this year. In North America, the U.S.-based company distributed 10 billion coupons. Val-Pak is a co-operative direct mail company with 50 franchises in Canada and 200 in the U.S. The company provides customized coupon advertising to local businesses
