Canada Pride Montreal hires three agencies

Canada Pride Montreal has retained three agencies to handle public and industry relations for the inaugural edition of the annual event. These include Toronto-based Ireland&Hall Communications and Pennant Media Group, as well as Montreal-based MVPR. Ireland&Hall and Pennant have been subcontracted by MVPR, which is the lead agency for the account. The assignment includes industry and stakeholder relations, media relations and support for promotional activities. The firms will also provide communications support for two conferences attached to the event, the National LGBTTIQA2S Human Rights Conference and the Equality & Legality International Conference on Sexual & Gender Diversity in the Francophonie.

"Our team will work hand-in-hand with the Fierté Montréal team to make Canada Pride Montreal an unforgettable experience for 2017 and beyond."
Canada Pride Montreal will take place from Aug. 11 to 20.
