Pringles begins Mystery Challenge contest

Kellogg Canada has begun a contest promotion in support of its Pringles brand of potato chips. The contest, called "Mystery Challenge," invites consumers to identify a new flavour of Pringles currently on sale for a limited time in specially-marked packages. Clues to the correct answer will be posted via Facebook and Twitter each week until Aug. 21. Participants can also submit their guesses via these social media pages. Consumers who correctly identify the flavour will be entered into a draw for $10,000. The contest will end on Dec. 31.
"Pringles has always been about having fun," said Jeff Chatterton, snacks and frozen foods director at Kellogg Canada. "Our fans expect something unique from Pringles, so instead of just introducing a new chip flavour, we are embracing Canadians' love of mystery and involving them in an interactive journey to the big reveal. We're encouraging everyone to take a bite out of mystery and share a flavour guess on social media."
