PUBLICIS-BCP GETS L'OREAL ACCOUNTS

Publicis-BCP of Montreal acquired the accounts for L'Oreal brands "Laboratoires Garnier" and "Plénitude." The incumbent on both brands was Montreal-based Mondialis FCB. The accounts will change hands on Jan. 1. Publicis-BCP could not be reached for comment.
