The Canadian Association of Broadcast Representatives Inc. has elected its 1997/98 board of directors. Byron Garby of Integrated Media Sales has moved from secretary/treasurer to president. Tim Steele of Major Market Broadcasters has climbed from radio director to radio vice-president. Rita Fabian of CTV joins the board as TV vice-president. Geoff Thrasher of CBC Newsworld has been elected secretary/treasurer. Dick Sienko of Target Broadcast Sales and Dave Bates of Canadian Broadcast Sales join the board as radio directors. Leon Hildebrandt has moved from radio vice-president to radio director. Keith Morrison of Western Broadcast Sales is past president and Pat Grierson of Canadian Broadcast Sales and Leigh Kelk of Canvideo Television Sales both continue as CAB (ex-officio).
