AIDS SOCIETY LAUNCHES NATIONAL PSA

The Ottawa-based Canadian AIDS Society launched a national TV public service announcement over the weekend. Designed to draw public attention to the major risk factor of substance abuse in the spread of HIV/AIDS, the spot was designed pro bono by Nelvana Ltd of Toronto and is scheduled to run for one year. Nelvana is a 25-year-old company which also has offices in Los Angeles and London, with a representative office in Paris.
