Owl Magazine launches digital edition

Bayard Canada of Toronto has launched a new digital edition of Owl Magazine. The bi-weekly publication, called the Owlconnected Emag, is aimed at children between the ages of nine and 13. Formatted for tablets and desktop computers, the publication will feature news of the week, feature stories, infographics, interactive quizzes, animations and reader-generated content. The digital edition is available at no additional cost for subscribers to the print magazine.

"As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we are thrilled to be launching a new and dynamic digital magazine for readers," said Kendra Brown, editor of Owl. "Our Owlconnected Emag is designed to open kids' eyes to news and information from all around the globe in a fun and interactive way. Inspiring preteens is what Owl does best and we are proud to be adding this new publication to our library of offerings."
