RIVIERA TO INTRODUCE NEW PERFUME
By Adnews Staff
Riviera Concepts of Toronto will launch a worldwide campaign next year for its new Bob Mackie fragrance called "perhaps." The perfume will be introduced in April. The campaign will use scent strips, full page magazine ads, point-of-purchase materials, a co-op campaign, in-store sampling and demonstrations. The advertising will be created by The Brainstorm Group of Toronto. The agency won the business in September in a competition with Artifex Design of Markham, Ont. and Haughton Brazeau of Mississauga. "They demonstrated they understood the brand and its positioning, and how to connect with our target group creatively," Riviera marketing vice-president Marg Spasuk says in a release. Riviera also markets Alfred Sung and Nicole Miller fragrances.
