La Roche-Posay readies Skin Checker promotion

Pharmaceutical company La Roche-Posay will conduct a street promotion called "Become a Skin Checker" in downtown Toronto on May 2 in an effort to raise awareness of the risk of skin cancer. At a temporary installation, dermatologists will offer free mole checks to passers-by and distribute information on the early detection of skin cancer. This will be the second year the company has conducted this initiative. La Roche-Posay is a division of L'Oréal Canada of Montreal.
