NEW SOYMILK SET TO POUR INTO MARKETS
By Adnews Staff
With its acquisition of the Royce Everest Group of companies this week, International ProSoya Corporation (IPC) is ready to increase the market in North America for its So Nice soymilk products. Both companies are based in Surrey, British Columbia. The So Nice product line is produced using a technology called the ProSoya Process. IPC holds the licence to use the ProSoya process throughout North America, with the exceptions of British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and Oregon, which were licensed to the Royce Everest Group. IPC president and CEO Lorne Broten told Adnews the ProSoya process produces less-chalky, better-tasting soymilk. He said the So Nice products will begin appearing in stores across Canada in the next few days. Broten said the company hopes to begin marketing yogurt, ice cream and pudding made with soymilk in the new year. The So Nice line will be promoted through in-store demonstrations and trade advertising later this month. Bang On Communications of Vancouver produced the ads.
