DGS TO CHANGE MARKETING STRATEGY

DGS Information Consultants Partners of Toronto wants to take its advertising in a new direction and has hired a new agency to help it. The recruitment company wants to focus on its image in advertising, as well as on job postings. Until now, it has done job posting ads only. DGS handed its account to MacKinnon & Associates Marketing Communications of Mississauga, Ont. late last month without a review. The agency approached DGS and presented the company with work it had done for other clients, agency president Steven MacKinnon told Adnews yesterday. The incumbent on the account was CALA H.R.C. of Toronto. A campaign for DGS will be launched next year.
