SGS International buys Traffik

SGS International of Louisville, KY has acquired Traffik of Toronto. Both companies offer a range of marketing services. SGS specializes in print production and packaging services. Traffik's services include advertising creative and strategy, as well as production. The agency's staff of 90 will be integrated into the operations of SGS. Traffik founder and CEO Mark Ferrier will continue to head the agency. He will also oversee the Canadian activities of SGS.
