New chief marketing officer at Wealthsimple

Toronto-based online investment company Wealthsimple has appointed Jason Goldlist to the position of chief marketing officer. He will be responsible for customer acquisition, brand initiatives and marketing operations. Goldlist has spent the last eight years at A Place for Mom of Seattle, most recently as vice-president of strategy. He has also been sales and marketing director at Inno Hospitality, deputy venue manager for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and a business analyst at McKinsey & Company.
