Skate Canada hires Halo Brand Leadership

Skate Canada of Ottawa has retained Halo Brand Leadership of Toronto as its fund development agency. The agency will work in association with the organization's marketing staff to support its fundraising initiatives. Halo won the account after a two-month agency search. Skate Canada is the governing body for competitive figure skating in Canada.
"Skate Canada will evolve its brand position from one that's been focused primarily on championship performance to one that holds itself to this same world-class standard while embracing an even broader cross-section of Canadians," said Dan Thompson, CEO of Skate Canada. "We selected Halo Brand Leadership because they see the potential of our brand to be the catalyst to achieve our vision and our long-term financial goals."
