BAMBI'S BACK

Buena Vista Home Video, Inc. will release a 55th anniversary collector's limited edition of the Disney classic Bambi in February. The film's only other release on video was eight years ago. The new edition will include programming never before seen on video and a free commemorative booklet entitled "The Magic of Bambi." The video will be released in North America and will be available for 55 days. A national TV campaign trumpeting the new Bambi will run from late January until late February. A print campaign in magazines for children between the ages of two and 11 will also be used. The ads were produced in-house. Western International Media of Toronto will do the media buy.
