NATIONAL SEA SHORTLISTS THREE

Three unnamed agencies are battling it out for the National Sea Products account. A decision will be made some time next month. Incumbent Leo Burnett Company of Toronto parted ways with the company last week. The agency, which had the National Sea account for 10 years, says in a release that it created a couple of TV spots for the company recently, but they were never launched because National Sea "cut their entire advertising budget in '96. The company spent $880,000 on advertising last year, according to ACNielsen estimates. National Sea of Toronto markets frozen seafood products.
