ENVIRONICS EXPANDS

Environics Communications Inc. of Toronto opened an Ottawa office this week. Bob Parkins will serve as vice-president and general manager in the new office. He previously ran his own consulting firm. Allison MacNeil has joined the office as an account executive. She previously served as press secretary to Minister of Health David Dingwall.
