New chief creative officer at FCB Toronto

FCB Toronto has appointed Jon Flannery to the position of chief creative officer. He will begin work on Aug. 11. Flannery was previously executive vice-president and executive creative director at FCB Chicago. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president and creative director at Leo Burnett Chicago. He also spent six years at Element 79 of Chicago.
