Carey joins Rain Forty 3

Toronto-based Rain Forty 3 has appointed Dave Carey to the newly-created position of vice-president of account services. He will lead the agency's business development efforts, with a focus on the financial services, retail, and beverage industries. Carey was most recently a founding partner of Union Creative. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president of client services at Lowe Roche and senior vice-president at Innocean Worldwide Canada.
