Draftfcb Toronto adds two, promotes one

Draftfcb Toronto has hired Neale Halliday as a senior planner. He is the former chief strategy officer of BBDO Detroit and TBWA Toronto. Laurie Maxwell has joined the agency as vice-president of integrated production. She was previously at Grip. Heather Segal has been promoted to the position of vice-president and director of strategic planning. She joined the firm in 2012 as strategic planning director. She has also worked at Human Branding, JWT, MacLaren McCann, Ammirati Puris Lintas and Leo Burnett.
