MRM buys Brazilian agency

New York-based digital and direct marketing agency MRM has acquired E/OU of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The agency, which will be renamed E/OU MRM, specializes in digital, direct and CRM services. Its clients include GM, Santander, Qualicorp, BASF, Michelin, Universidade Metodista and AC Camargo. It has a staff of 80 and will continue to be headed by its current management.
"E/OU delivers powerful core CRM and e-CRM capabilities," said MRM president Michael Mclaren. "With a stellar creative reputation and high-growth potential, E/OU fits well within MRM's global strengths and perfectly complements our current offerings across the network. They will help us deliver breakthrough solutions and memorable digital brand experiences to our clients in Brazil and across Latin America."
MRM is a subsidiary of McCann Worldgroup, which is a unit of Interpublic Group.
