Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Radchenko

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto has promoted Olga Radchenko from the position of group co-ordinator of the public affairs group to assistant consultant. She joined the agency two years ago. Prior to that, she a consultant at Multilingual International Research & Ethnic Media Services. She has also worked at the University of Oxford and the Canadian National Exhibition.
