Health Sciences Association of BC hires Hill&Knowlton Strategies

The Vancouver-based Health Sciences Association of BC has retained Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada to handle its public affairs account. The association is a component of the National Union of Public and General Employees that represents approximately 16,000 health-science professionals in the province. According to the agency, it won the account based on its reputation and public affairs expertise. The account will be serviced by the firm's Vancouver and Victoria offices. The primary aim of the assignment will be to form relationships between the association and government officials, as well as to enhance its reputation.
