Harbinger adds two

Toronto-based Harbinger has appointed Ian Giles to the position of social and digital vice-president. He was most recently director of social strategy at MediaCom Canada. Bryan Feheley has joined the agency as social media manager. He was previously a senior consultant at Veritas.
