Cossette Toronto has appointed Sean Barlow and Joe Piccolo to the position of creative director. Barlow was previously group creative director at Leo Burnett, while Piccolo was most recently group creative director at Draft FCB. They will work together as a copywriter and art director team on the agency's McDonald's account. Paulo Leone has joined the agency as strategic planning director for the McDonald's account. He was previously at Publicis. According to Cossette, the new hires will allow co-chief creative officers David Daga and Matt Litzinger to devote more time to building the firm's creative product overall.
