The new site, developed by Scratch of Toronto, includes new functions, improved search engine optimization, simplified navigation and more visual elements. "We were looking for an agency that understood the digital space and our needs within it," said Janice Wright, a partner at Rueter Scargall Bennett. "Scratch came through with innovative ideas and designs. We were very excited to work with their team."
