New general manager at Waterloo Regional Tourism Marketing

The Waterloo Regional Tourism Marketing Corporation has appointed Minto Schneider to the position of general manager. The organization works to promote tourism in the region of Ontario that includes the cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo as well as the townships of North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich. Schneider was previously director of sales and market development at Tourism Nova Scotia. She has also worked at Tauck World Discovery, The Economic Planning Group and Broad Reach Strategies.
