NEW SENIORS MAGAZINE LAUNCHED

HOMES Publishing Group of Unionville, Ont. has launched a new magazine this month for people aged 55 and over. Called Active Adult, the publication focuses on the financial, real estate and leisure interests of people in this age group. Also published in Active Adult will be maps and listings to over 80 retirement communities across Ontario. With particular emphasis on the Greater Toronto Area, the magazine will be distributed via controlled circulation to 100,000 households around southern Ontario. Other places it will be showing up include Barrie, Collingwood, Peterborough, Lindsay, Port Hope and Cobourg. Active Adult will be published twice a year, in May and September, and will be in a digest format. Other magazines published by HOMES Publishing include HOMES Magazine, FIRST HOME Buyer's Guide, Renovation Magazine, Ontario Design Trade Source Book and Contact, plus official guides to the National Fall and Metro Home Shows.
